Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Duration

  • Within Maharashtra: 4–6 business days

  • Rest of India: 6–8 business days

  • Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer depending on courier coverage.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹5000/-

  • A flat ₹99 shipping fee is applicable for orders below ₹999.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with tracking details.

  • You can also track your order on our website under the “Track Order” section.

5. Packaging

  • Every product is packed with utmost care to prevent any damage during transit.

  • In case you receive a tampered or damaged package, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at dridhtextiles@gmail.com


Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect; and

  • The return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery; and

  • The saree is unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Please note: Sarees purchased during sale, clearance, or offer periods are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return Process

  1. Raise a request by emailing dridhtextiles@gmail.com with your order ID, reason for return, and product images.

  2. Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange a reverse pickup within 2–4 business days.

  3. After inspection at our warehouse, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 working days.

3. Refund Method

  • Refunds can be processed to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Bank Account).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered.

  • Items purchased under discounts, festive offers, or flash sales.

  • Accessories or complimentary gifts sent with the product.

5. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange for a different color or design (of equal or higher value), please mention it while raising your request. Exchange will be processed based on stock availability.
